Customer Experience Advisor - Fast-Paced Support

Calor Gas is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Experience team in Elland. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries by phone and in writing, often at first contact, and you’ll promote Calor’s products during interactions.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm with a rotational pattern; Saturday shifts 9:00am–1:00pm on a rota basis and bank holidays on a rota basis.
