Customer Experience Advisor — Flexible Branch Banking

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to serve customers at the Wellingborough and Kettering twinned branches on a 21-hour week rota. You will handle in-branch and phone interactions, assist with transactions, and help protect customers against fraud.

You’ll build relationships, learn Santander services, and strive to improve the overall customer experience in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.
