Customer Experience Advisor - Grangemouth (Great Benefits)

Calor Gas in Grangemouth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries by phone and email, and resolving issues at first contact where possible.

The role is permanent and full-time with shifts Monday to Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota. You will process orders, manage accounts, promote products, and contribute to smooth service through collaboration across departments.
