Customer Experience Advisor — Mon–Fri, 9–4

TAGGED RESOURCES in Solihull is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in a permanent role. The position focuses on delivering outstanding support to customers by phone and email, and aligning with our quality-focused standards.

You’ll handle pre and post-sales queries, liaise with couriers, and work with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction while processing orders and returns via Sage.
