Job Description
The Role: Customer Experience Advisor
- You'll be the friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for our members and visitors.
- Every day will bring something new - you'll be involved in:
- Supporting new and existing memberships
- Guiding customers through course bookings
- Handling cancellations and general enquiries
- Promoting services, current offers, and upcoming events
- Making proactive calls to showcase what we do
- Building positive relationships and championing our brand
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- A confident, warm telephone manner
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Quick learning ability with digital systems
- A love for organisation and getting the details right
- A positive attitude that helps others feel supported
This is a shift-based position, including some early evenings and weekends - perfect if you enjoy variety and a lively working environment.
