Customer Experience Assistant – Travel Money & Services

Marks & Spencer in our York stores is seeking a Travel Money Customer Assistant to deliver a great customer experience across Travel Money and other services, across busy trading periods and varied shift patterns.

You will build relationships with customers, utilise digital tools, know daily targets and promotions, and share feedback to improve service. The role emphasizes learning and product knowledge to upsell Travel Money and services.
