Customer Experience Associate – Betting Shop

William Hill in Workington is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to greet customers, process bets and help with queries. You’ll build relationships, demonstrate betting terminals, and champion safer gambling, while supporting shop displays and opening/closing tasks.

Shifts vary 8am-10pm, including evenings and weekends on a rota. 16-30 hours/week with benefits such as annual pay review, birthday day off, pension matching, and staff discounts, plus training and development to help you grow
