Customer-Facing Production Systems Engineer

Luma is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, understand their workflows and constraints, and define the real problem to solve. You will build production systems on Luma's APIs, models, and internal tools, then ship and maintain them in real environments with real data.

You will own projects end to end—from first conversation to a deployed system—and you will contribute feedback to platform and R&D to productize recurring patterns.
