Customer-Focused Service Advisor – Bristol Auto Dealership

Listers Group in Bristol is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Toyota/Chery dealership. The role involves delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment, coordinating service workflow and ensuring targets are met while promoting our full range of services.

You will book vehicles in for maintenance, welcome customers, provide progress updates, obtain authorisations for additional work and liaise with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure on-time handovers.
