Customer Logistics Co-ordinator - 6 Month FTC

Location: Ely (CB6) Work Type: 6 month fixed term contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, hybrid options available (minimum 3 days per week on site) Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Reference: 36327

Our Ely based client is seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for end-to-end order management and customer deliveries across an international region, coordinating finished goods, spare parts and replacement units. Working closely with commercial, customer service and supply chain teams, you will help ensure products reach customers efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Coordinate customer delivery programmes across multiple internal teams
• Arrange international transport and prepare relevant shipping documentation
• Work with third-party logistics providers and warehousing teams to meet agreed service levels
• Manage short-term supply and demand to support customer requirements
• Maintain accurate information across ERP and business systems
• Identify potential supply chain or inventory issues and proactively resolve them
• Build effective relationships with distributors and other third parties
• Support customer returns and the wider logistics team as required

Requirements

• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or customer service
• Experience working within an international supply chain, ideally within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment
• Good understanding of supply chain processes within an ERP environment
• Experience working with international 3PL and warehousing providers
• ERP experience, ideally NetSuite or SAP
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• An analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to multitask and respond effectively to changing priorities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional logistics experience
