Do you enjoy speaking to people and building relationships over the phone? Are you confident making outbound calls and resilient enough to stay positive when faced with objections or unanswered calls?
We're delighted to be supporting a well-established business within the leisure and hospitality sector as they continue to grow their customer contact team in Redditch.
We're looking for a confident and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join the business in an outbound calling role. You'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the business to reconnect with customers who haven't engaged recently.
This role would suit someone with previous contact centre, outbound calling, telesales or customer engagement experience who enjoys speaking to people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to customers, maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
Building rapport and creating genuine connections will be key to your success, helping customers feel valued while identifying opportunities to support their future needs.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers.
Reconnect and engage with customers who have not interacted with the business for some time.
Build positive relationships through friendly and professional conversations.
Understand customer needs, preferences and future requirements.
Gather customer feedback and market insight.
Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems.
Manage customer follow-ups and ongoing communication.
Achieve agreed activity and performance targets.
Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. About You Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, contact centre, telesales or outbound calling roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Strong listening and questioning skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Resilient and positive when handling objections or rejection.
Good attention to detail and administration skills.
IT literate and confident using CRM systems.
Self-motivated and target-driven. Personal Attributes
