Customer Care Specialist
Edinburgh | Hybrid Working | Full Time | September Start | £27,042 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Do you take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and seeing things through to the very end?
We're looking for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, live chat and social media.
What you'll do:
✅ Support customers across multiple communication channels.
✅ Take ownership of enquiries from first contact to resolution
✅ Build trust through clear, professional communication
✅ Investigate customer queries and deliver the right outcome
✅ Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Has a genuine passion for helping people
✔ Takes ownership and accountability
✔ Can think on their feet and make informed decisions
✔ Thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment
