Customer Service Advisor

Location: Corfe House, Poole

Salary: £27,202.50 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour) with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1,950 hours annually pro rata)

Working pattern: Working 5 days out of 7 between 8am and 8pm, with regular weekend working

Skills & Qualities

• A People Person - friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships.
• Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Tech savvy - ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records.
• Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods
• No prior property experience? No problem! We're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.
• Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July - September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
