Key Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments for resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule, working from the Liverpool office and remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
