CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT REQUIRED
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agent to assist passengers with assistance requirements located in Stansted Airport. This is a great opportunity to work with a global company, with no experience required and full on the job training provided!
- Pay: £13.67 per hour
- Overtime Available!
- Hours: 24‑hour operation; earliest start 04:00, latest start 14:00 (10 shift patterns)
- Shift Rotation: 4 on 2 off
- Location: Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW)
- Duration: Ongoing, Temp to Perm opportunities

The Role of a Customer Service Agent
- Helping passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport, enhancing the passengers' journey.
- Greet passengers and ask what help is required.
- Explain the process to the passenger.
- Prepare the passenger for check‑in and security, assist with check‑in and security processes.
- Ensure the collection of wheelchairs around the airport terminal and return them to storage.
There will be other parts of the role which would be required, which we would be happy to discuss when we speak with you.
Customer Service Agent Requirements
- 5 years' worth of references
- Willing to apply for a DBS Check
- Ability to complete a GSAT
- Excellent customer service skills
- A polite and professional approach
- A passion for helping others
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
Regulatory Requirements
- Apply for a Criminal Record Check
- Have a full 5-year checkable history
- Have an in‑date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card, etc.)
- Provide a full 5-year address history
- Attend an Aviation Security Course
