Customer Service & Equipment Coordinator – Healthcare

Rosscare is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Hampshire & IOW Wheelchair Service Centre, based at Chandlers Ford Depot.

You will manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate equipment delivery or collection by engineers, monitor orders with suppliers, and handle referral data for clinical triage. The role requires experience in a busy office, strong telephone/service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good IT skills with MS Office.
