Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
Location: Edenbridge, driver ideal due to location.
Hours - 8.30-5pm - Monday - Friday. 1 day hybrid working following probation.

Our client, a leading player in their industry is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support Executive to join their vibrant team in Edenbridge.

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Executive, you will be the vital link between our clients and their customers, ensuring that every order is handled with precision and care. Your proactive approach will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the internal point of contact for customers, ensuring that their requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
Handle incoming orders with care, processing and acknowledging them without delay.
Collaborate with the estimating team to organise competitive pricing.
Liaise with planning teams about production schedules and delivery dates, issuing critical path dates and communicating any changes to customers.
Manage both new projects and repeat orders from inception to completion.
Provide essential support to External Sales and Account Managers, assisting with their internal administration.
Communicate effectively with the QA team regarding any customer-related issues, ensuring timely updates to customers on quality investigations.
Work with customers and the repro team on artwork-related queries.
Generate and issue stock and order reports to customers.
Engage in team calls to ensure seamless communication across departments.What We're Looking For:
