Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Morgan Sindall Property Services is hiring a Customer Service Planner in Basildon, Essex. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, 40 hours per week and focuses on coordinating residents, clients and contractors to keep works progressing smoothly.

You will plan and allocate work, using scheduling systems, and act as the key contact for residents. Strong organisational skills and IT proficiency are essential to ensure targets are met and service levels remain high.
