£26,624 per year / £12.80 per hour
We're looking for friendly, confident and customer-focused people to join our client as Trainee Consultants across two fantastic customer service opportunities.
Charity Customer Service - Support amazing fundraisers and event organisers, providing friendly, compassionate support by phone and email. Perfect for someone who loves helping people and can handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
Luxury Retail Customer Service - Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email, Live Chat and social media, helping customers with orders, products and queries. A passion for great service is a must - and a love of chocolate is definitely a bonus!
What we're looking for:

✔️ A genuine passion for customer service
✔️ Confidence using IT and multiple systems
✔️ Ability to work towards targets while keeping quality at the heart of everything you do
