My client are a housing developer who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them to be based their their head office in Hackney. As this is a 3 months contract position they are looking for someone with experience with defect management so you are able to hit the ground running
- Taking calls from home owners
- Providing excellent customer service and rectifying any issues
- Booking operatives in to carry out repairs in new build properties
- Managing the system
- Logging defects & closing them off once completed
- Working closely with a team of coordinators
- Reporting in the customer service manager
