Customer Service Executive – 4 Days per Week
Location: Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid Options Available)
Salary: £21,400 + benefits
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover, minimum 12 months
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join my client and provide exceptional support to intermediary partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and providing technical guidance. Experience within the financial services sector would be advantageous.
The Role
You will be a key point of contact for brokers and intermediaries, handling telephone calls, emails and live chat enquiries. You will provide expert guidance on products, lending criteria and technical queries, while supporting the wider Sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries from brokers and intermediaries.
Providing technical guidance on my clients products and underwriting criteria.
Supporting intermediaries with portal and IT-related queries.
Maintaining the intermediary database and setting up new companies in line with internal processes.
Liaising with Operations teams on pre- and post-sale queries.
Keeping up to date with products, processes, procedures and competitor offerings.
Working collaboratively across Sales and other areas of the business.
Ensuring all activity is carried out in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Supporting the wider team to achieve service standards and business objectives.
About You
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to explain technical or complex information clearly.
Proven experience handling and resolving customer enquiries.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
The ability to build positive working relationships across different teams.
Experience in mortgages or financial services is desirable.
