Customer Service Operations Support Analyst
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0QW
Contract: Fixed-term (1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to friday
Pay Rate: 15.00 - 19.74 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Support Analyst to join our Customer Service Operations team. This role sits within a multi-skilled environment and requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.
You will play a key role in supporting operational processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent service both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support within the Customer Service Operations department
- Manage and maintain data across systems with a high level of accuracy
- Support business processes using tools such as SAP, Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (both written and verbal)
- Identify issues and proactively resolve problems using sound judgement
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, right first time
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to support continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative
Desirable Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
- Experience with PEGA solutions
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems
