Customer Service Operator - 12-Hour Shifts, On-site Parking

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking Customer Service Operators in Belfast to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Work includes a mix of telephone and email support with a 12-hour shift pattern (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) and an average of 42 hours per week. The role offers classroom and on-the-job training, on-site parking, and a salary of £27,436 per year.
