Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service as the welcoming friendly voice of QVC
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve complex enquiries
• Work towards individual performance targets
• Participate in four weeks of supportive training for onboarding

Requirements

• Desire to deliver a first‑class customer service experience
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
• Experience using a computer
