Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues calmly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
• Assist with maintaining store appearance and organization, including restocking shelves.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
