Customer Service Specialist – Retail Betting (Part-Time)

William Hill is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in our Southport shop. You will welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries and show customers how to use betting terminals. You’ll build relationships with customers and champion safer gambling in a busy retail environment.

Shifts run between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, with rota-based hours including evenings and weekends. We offer a pension, annual pay review, a bonus scheme, 28 days holiday pro rata, birthday day
