Work Strata group are working with our esteemed Sutton Coldfield client to hire call centre customer service assistants at their site based in Sutton Coldfield.

Successful candidates' daily responsibilities will include taking inbound customer calls and dealing with questions and queries in a polite and friendly manner, carrying out simple administration tasks, ensuring you are organised and prepared for each call and logging details of calls on our internal systems.
