37.5 Hours per week including evenings and weekends Varied Hours 8am-6pm

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:

• Consistently providing high-quality customer service
• Managing internal and external enquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff where appropriate
• Accurately entering client data and completing patient registration in line with agreed standards and timescales
• Communicating professionally and effectively at all times
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and patient information
• Preparing standard departmental reports as required
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments
• Managing the availability of consultation rooms and consultants
• Creating, amending, or cancelling clinics as required
• Undertaking additional administrative and ad hoc duties to support business needs

To succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based environment
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging both the general public and healthcare professionals
• Competence and confidence using IT systems, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• A commitment to delivering high-quality client service and positive customer interactions.

Since 2015 we have invested in a static MRI unit, a new digital X ray room & digital mammography. We are a local centre of excellence for Children and Young People Services. Having a Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Leicester has led to a close working relationship and the Hospital was a forerunner for the Nuffield recovery plus programme.
