Customer Services Executive - Wine & Spirits Support

Enotria in Park Royal, London is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Services team. You will process orders via telephone, email, web and portals, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data entry.

You will support Sales Teams, handle inquiries, maintain accounts, and coordinate with Credit Control, Warehouse and Supply Chain to keep customers satisfied and relationships strong.
