Customer Success & Service Delivery Advisor

Ricoh UK is seeking a customer service professional to provide outstanding service to external and internal customers, including 3rd party coordination. You will own the delivery of ITS service from reception to closure, keep clients updated on response times, and ensure data integrity across Ricoh systems.

Ideal candidates will have a strong telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Ricoh systems.
