An Introduction to this role
Papirfly empowers over a million users at top global brands to create, manage, and distribute marketing assets with ease. Now, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious graduate to join our London team as a Customer Success Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in SaaS, working closely with experienced teammates and big-name brands from day one. No prior professional experience is needed — just a strong academic record, genuine curiosity, and the drive to build a career in the fast-moving world of MarTech.
In return, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with a powerful platform used by leading global brands, a clear path to grow your skills in SaaS Customer Success, and ongoing support through mentoring and development opportunities. You’ll be part of a collaborative culture that values new ideas, encourages curiosity, and prioritizes real impact over job titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build positive, lasting relationships with your portfolio of clients as their day-to-day point of contact for satisfaction and success.
- Renewal Readiness: Track adoption, usage and customer health to keep accounts renewal-ready, flagging risk early to your CSM Lead.
- Customer Strategy & Stakeholder Mapping: Help build success plans and stakeholder maps for your accounts, working with your CSM Lead and senior CSMs.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a smaller book of accounts, typically 15-25 to start, growing in scope as you build experience and mentoring.
- Product Adoption: Understand customer needs and drive adoption of the Papirfly platform to help them achieve their goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to turn client needs into actionable outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Host customer engagement sessions, supported by senior team members as required.
- Goal Tracking & Growth: Host check-ins, track progress against goals, and spot opportunities for growth, supported by senior team members.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Capture client feedback and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve how we work.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- A first-class honours degree (or equivalent) from a university.
- No prior professional experience is required; any exposure to a client-facing, professional, or team environment (through internships, placements, part‑time work, or extracurricular leadership) is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn - comfortable asking questions and proposing new ideas.
- High levels of organisation and confidence in managing multiple priorities and customer needs.
- Exposure to marketing teams or marketing technology platforms (not required but beneficial).
- Must be based in London and excited about working in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
