A mid-size research and development company with market-leading IoT enabled hardware and software products for the water hygiene sector.

The Role of Customer Success Manager

As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for onboarding new channel partners, improving the company's relationship with these partners and ultimately growing revenues.

You will be based out of the Stevenage offices but naturally will be driving to meet the different channel partners.

Requirements for this Customer Success Manager role

• Customer success experience from a hardware/software company
• Knowledge of the IoT market
• Able to work from their Stevenage offices
• Driving licence
