Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing software, and diagnostic tools.
