Key Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary.
• Provide feedback on customer service trends and recurring issues to help improve products and services.
• Assist with customer onboarding and provide guidance on product usage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
