Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive product information and usage guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a customer service or technical support role.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
