Customer Team Member – Bakery & Store

Co-op in Tarbert is hiring a Customer Team Member to join a friendly, fast-moving store. You’ll help deliver essential services across the store, including bakery and post office duties where applicable.

The role involves a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, with some weekend work and a fully paid training program. You’ll work with a close team to keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and promote Co-op Membership, contributing to a community-focused store that values friendly service
