Customer Team Member: Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Barnard Castle to join our local store team. You’ll deliver friendly customer service on the shop floor and tills, helping customers with a range of tasks from stocking shelves to assisting with post office or bakery needs.

We offer full paid training, a 6-month temporary contract, and part-time hours (12 per week) with regular overtime. Expect varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and at least one weekend shift.
