Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.

• Monitor security alerts and logs, conduct investigations into security incidents, and implement remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and application security.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security engineering or a similar technical security role.
• Proficiency in network security principles and technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of security tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
