Cyber Transformation Consultant

About the Role

We're supporting a leading consultancy as they continue to expand their Cyber Transformation capability in Belfast.

This is an opportunity to work with major organisations across both the public and private sectors, helping clients navigate complex cyber challenges, improve resilience and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.

You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders, supporting the design and delivery of cyber strategies, operating models and risk management initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of cyber transformation programmes.
• Working with clients to assess cyber maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Helping define cyber strategies, governance frameworks and operating models.
• Supporting cyber risk, resilience and security improvement initiatives.
• Facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Working across business, technology and security teams to deliver lasting change.
• Contributing to proposals, client growth and thought leadership activities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in cyber security, cyber risk or cyber transformation.
• Consulting, advisory or client-facing experience.
• Understanding of cyber governance, operating models and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering transformation or organisational change initiatives.
• Public sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Relevant certifications or security qualifications are beneficial.
