D2C Marketing Lead: Scale to £20m+ (Hybrid London)

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is seeking a Head of Marketing to scale a £10m D2C brand to £20m and beyond. This senior role will own the marketing strategy, budget, brand, acquisition, lifecycle and team.

The ideal candidate has previously scaled a D2C brand, is entrepreneurial, commercially minded and hands-on, with the ability to influence founders and collaborate with Product, Tech and Design to build a scalable marketing engine.
