#TeamCandour are working once again with a thriving, global financial services organisation seeking a D365 Developer / Application Specialist to join its platform team on a permanent, hybrid basis. The organisation is committed to high-quality service, supported by a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages people to challenge convention and find better ways of working.This is a hands-on, mid-level role supporting the development, configuration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, primarily across Customer Service and Sales.
Working with technical leads and delivery colleagues, you will configure and customise applications, develop extensions, support integrations, resolve defects and contribute to reliable, maintainable platform delivery.The role is based in York. Candidate profile:
Technical experience:
You will have practical experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer or application specialist, with knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, Dataverse, the Common Data Model, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate and solution management. You should be comfortable working across both configuration and development, and understand software delivery from design and build through testing and deployment.Experience of application lifecycle management, governance, documentation, database design, data normalisation and querying will be important.
Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, plug-ins, APIs and Azure DevOps would be advantageous, as would experience with Contact Centre, Omnichannel, customer-service workspaces, third-party integrations or Azure integration services.
