D365BC Support Analyst - (Milton Keynes, Enduser, £50k-60k)

Role

A very successful enduser company is looking for a D365BC Support Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support across the business. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of BC support end-to-end - from ticket triage through to resolution - while also supporting project work, data analysis, and training the wider team on BC.

Key Skills

• ESSENTIAL : 2+ years' experience D365BC Support
• ESSENTIAL : Strong knowledge of posting logic (G/L, VAT, Dimensions, Inventory, Currency) across Finance, Sales, Purchasing & Inventory modules
• Train & upskill internal teams on BC functionality
• Own tickets end-to-end: triage, investigate, resolve, document
• Support BC project work incl. data extraction, cleansing & analysis
• Monitor BC integrations (3PLs, Amazon, TrueCommerce, Slimstock)
• Desirable: AL Extensions, Permission Sets, Continia, Jet Reports, ITIL
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without any restriction (No Sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency visa).
