Dad Matters Lead: Build Bonds & Support Fathers

Home-Start Hillingdon is seeking a Dad Matters Co-ordinator to join our collaborative team in Greater London. The role focuses on growing the Dad Matters programme across the borough, combining direct work with dads and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, contract for 30 months, hybrid working arrangements. You will support fathers’ mental health, lead peer sessions, and help recruit volunteers while engaging with NHS services.
