Damp & Disrepair Technical Inspector – Housing Repairs

Ashfield District Council is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Repairs Team in a newly created role within the Operations Directorate. You will carry out technical inspections, assessments and surveys across our housing stock, diagnose repair and damp issues, and work closely with colleagues to investigate and resolve disrepair claims.
