Damp and Mould Operative

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as a Damp & Mould Operative, covering the WC postcode areas of London.

I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance or social housing.

As a Damp & Mould Operative, you will be:

• Attending customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues
• Assessing the type and severity of mould and applying appropriate treatment
• Advising customers on prevention and ongoing maintenance
• Recording visits, treatments and materials used
• Working safely and in line with health & safety regulations

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous damp and mould treatment experience
• Experience working within domestic properties
• Social housing or property maintenance experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload
• A full UK driving licence

The Damp & Mould Operative role is offering:

• £28,000 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Option to buy and sell annual leave

Location & travel This role covers the WC postcode areas of London, working across domestic properties. A company van and fuel card are provided.
