Danish-Speaking Customer Support Executive (Hybrid)

Ardour Associates Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Executive who speaks Danish to join the Operations team. You will support customers using our IoT water-leak device, handle alerts, book engineer visits, and troubleshoot app issues.

The role is full-time with hybrid work after probation. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and high service standards.
