Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform statistical analysis and build data models to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, ideally within the banking and finance industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
