This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide a clear understanding of business performance, customer behavior, and market trends. This position requires a strong aptitude for data interpretation and a keen eye for detail, working within a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis specifications and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
