About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their remote team, focusing on the insurance sector. You will play a key part in uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and optimizing performance through robust data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources within the insurance domain.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within insurance .
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
