Job Purpose

The Data & Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming complex membership, transactional, and facility data into clear, actionable business strategies. Operating centrally, you will maintain the integrity of our core leisure management databases, oversee recurring payment tracking systems, and build automated reporting dashboards. Your insights will directly influence membership growth, programme development and participation trends. You will also support the quality, integrity and governance of key business data, enabling accurate reporting and continuous improvement across Life Leisure.

Job Duties

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that drive business performance.
• Analyse customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis and visualisation.
• Evaluate facility usage and customer behaviour to optimise services and resources.
• Champion data quality and help maintain a single, accurate view of the customer.
• Research and recommend innovative digital solutions to support organisational objectives.
